2. How We Share Your Information (Lead Routing)
Because Southlake Tree Rescue is a digital matching service, we explicitly share, route, and/or sell your submitted information to independent, third-party tree service contractors within the Dallas-Fort Worth area so they can contact you to fulfill your service request.
3. TCPA & SMS Consent
By submitting your phone number via our web forms, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to be contacted by Southlake Tree Rescue and our third-party network of contractors via automated phone calls, SMS text messages, or email, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.
